    Food quality has gone down drastically over the last few years. Prices have tripled. Basic thinking ability has gone down. They can make a hot coffee. They can make a soda. But if they're out of premixed iced coffee, they can't figure out how to make one like a normal human being. Simple formula cup + ice + coffee, it's not rocket science.

    Primero, es increíble que nadie se moleste en preguntar al cliente si le falta algo a su orden, que es lo difícil de preguntar si lo ves parado por algo ?. Lo digo por que ya trabajé en McDonald’s, y la regla es siempre estar atento al cliente si necesita algo. Tienen tres personas al frente y ninguna me atendió. Y peor que ponen a un tipo nuevo que ni pregunta nada. Ni yo como novato hice eso. Y una chica con forma de planeta que tampoco se molestó en preguntar, no pues se te hace difícil hablar. De resto la comida y el ambiente todo normal, pero el servicio es lo que la falta mejorar. Flojos. 🤦🏻‍♂️

    I’ve only been here for breakfast. The woman who delivers to my table is quick, efficient, and friendly. 🍳🥞🧇☕️I never caught her name - a kind, gentle Hispanic woman who would always deliver my tray at the far corner. Please consider giving her an extra tip, and to corporate, a raise, because this is what service truly looks like. Note: My rating reflects the breakfast times. It’s peaceful, freshly cleaned in the morning. 🧼🧹 There are some characters as usual but it’s a clean location with clean restrooms. 🚻 During other hours, I can’t say this is the best place to be… but it’s one of the better McD’s in the area compared to others downtown!
