  We got the Lamb Maqluba and Chicken and Rice. Phenomenal!!! I know the Maqluba says Palestinian special on the menu, but we literally felt special eating it. Portions and prices are great. Service was wonderful. Super appreciated the complimentary mint tea. Most of all you can taste the love in the food. Truly a special spot to have here in WMass.

  Their Maqluba is quite frankly one of the best things Ive ever eaten. It made me smile it made me happy. I can't wait to visit again.

  I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!! I found this restaurant yesterday with some friends we were originally going to the shop next to this restaurant but it was closed so we ended up going to Liberty’s and let me tell yall! The food ? 1000/10 I ordered 2 Chicken Gyro and they were sooo good and my friend got a sandwich 1000/10 too. What made me love this shop more was all the art they have up on the wall with notes and reviews from people and they have beautiful paintings up and the owners are really sweet and kind hearted people. I’m so thankful that I found this shop

  Just go here. We come to Springfield every year for the chicken congress held on the BIG-E fairgrounds. We ALWAYS stop here when we come through, as the food here is that ridiculously good. The people who work here are very friendly, want to give you a good experience. We have come for at least 3-4 years now, always look forward to coming back.

  I ordered the falafel gyro and it was HUGE and delicious!! The falafel was fresh and the dish was comparable to all the food I ate when I lived in the Middle East. I stayed in the restaurant and did some work because the atmosphere is warm, cozy, and comfortable - plus, they have complimentary coffee and tea. I would definitely recommend stopping in for a bite! All are welcome.
