  Twice in a month I have received horrible service here thus not planning to return. The first time the attitude of the worker sweeping the entranceway when I came in. I even apologized for entering and her eye rolling and heavy sigh was ridiculous. Then this past weekend I did a mobile order. Went in nothing was done. I let them know I was picking up a mobile order and the lady was rude. Said “we have no mobile orders come in”. I saw the two cups by the hot chocolate machine and told her those cups clearly have my name. Instead of apologizing her response was “well why didn’t you just say that to start with”. She then made it and told me how busy she was when there was no cars no one in lobby etc. just overall rude staff

  I got hair in my food, and the girl who assists me, always not friendly. First couple time I thought she is just not in the mood, but she’s always like that.

  He is Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever seen and I travel across America went in there for a cup of coffee and half a dozen of donuts was In-N-Out within. Maybe four minutes. Staff were friendly and communicative. The bathrooms were clean probably one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts.

  The employees are miserable! And everyone should wear hair nets because I've found hair in my cup! You can be a regular and they will not acknowledge you!

  Horrible customer service. I wish they can be rated less than a one star. My experience: I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and asked for it to be cut into quarters. I’ve never had an issue at any other location when asked to do this for me. The cashier told me to ask another employee if it can be done Instead of asking for me herself. I asked her to please ask for me as they are coworkers. I watched her ask the woman who was preparing it, and the woman laughed at my request. It was very slow service. No one in the lobby and no one in the drive-through line and the woman refused to to even put cream cheese on my bagel. She watched me open my bag and laughed as loud as she can when I realized there was no cream cheese on my bagel. In my opinion, this is the worst location in Springfield. The two employees That did my order: The cashier needs to be retrained. The woman who prepared my bagel needs to be fired immediately
