    It’s poor all around real bad service especially in the afternoon with the second shift assistance manager arguing Infront of customers with staff you can hear the hole argument on the speaker of the drive thru long waits serve cold food not drag coffee staff it’s rude worse Dunkin’ Donuts I ever been too and I been a customer for over 5 years but lately it’s has become the worse Dunkin’ in Springfield ma

    Drive-thru is extremely slow. On top of that, they don’t get your order right. Some of the employees are rude. Not the best Dunkin to stop at. No matter how many times I try to give it a chance and say to myself maybe this time they’ll get it right. That is a failure. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Just keep going to the next Dunkin.

    I went thru the drive-thru...Asked for 2 Boston creme donuts and a 25 count munchkins(asked for mostly chocolate and powder sugar) got home and had a egg sandwich(?) instead...had to go back. I had looked in the munchkin bag and they looked ok, white sugar and darker glazed. Got my donuts and went home. Just sat down to enjoy my munchkins and guess what...NO chocolate at all. They were pumpkin spice...now, if she had told me they were out, I would have accepted all powder sugar, but I do not like anything pumpkin so half the bag is wasted. Not a happy camper.
