    I can’t take out my frustration on everyone there but there is a lady who always seems to be working there. When she takes ur order no matter how clearly you say it, she doesn’t get it right. Then when you get ur coffee it usually burnt or the wrong order. She’s rude and can only seem to communicate using out of breath mumbles. I went today after repeating myself 3 times and she couldn’t even give me straws. Just slammed the window in my face when I asked. Just get the bad egg out because she’s ruining it for everyone else that works there and the customers. I’m the last one to pick at service workers but man is she bad

    The employees who are there right now are not attending to the people who come in, they are fighting among themselves and using very horrible language.They never attended to us because they were fighting amongst themselves. Check the cameras, it was 3:20 p.m.

    Best Dunkin I’ve ever gone to. I go here every day for my iced coffee and every day it tastes amazing, they make it better than any other Dunkin I’ve been to & it always tastes the same unlike other Dunkin’s where the taste is never consistent.
