When she takes ur order no matter how clearly you say it, she doesn’t get it right. Then when you get ur coffee it usually burnt or the wrong order. She’s rude and can only seem to communicate using out of breath mumbles. I went today after repeating myself 3 times and she couldn’t even give me straws. Just slammed the window in my face when I asked. Just get the bad egg out because she’s ruining it for everyone else that works there and the customers. I’m the last one to pick at service workers but man is she bad
