- BBBee BeeFeb 10, 20261.0I recently visited this Dunkin Donuts location and had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience primarily due to the behavior of one of your employees. My goal with this review is to bring the issue to light in hopes of improvement customer service standards. My order was simple two toasted bagels with cream cheese, one for myself and one for a family member. The negative experience began immediately at the drive thru speaker. The employee taking my order spoke with a highly impatient and dismissive tone. When I placed my order she stated, quite offensively, that "I don't know how to order." This was an utterly unprofessional and uncalled for remark for a simple request. The interaction continued to be unpleasant at the drive thru window. Upon receiving the order, I found that one of the bagels, despite being clearly ordered as "with cream cheese," was delivered plain. When I politely pointed out the error, the same employee said that I have to pay for a cream cheese because I don't know how to order. She continued her disrespectful attitude. Even when the manager attempted to step in and appease the situation and correct the mistake, the employee continued to exhibit an openly defiant and unprofessional demeanor, making the overall encounter feel hostile rather than helpful. While I appreciate the manager's attempt to intervene, the level of sustained disrespect from the frontline employee was shocking and completely unacceptable. Customer service training is clearly needed to address basic courtesy and professionalism. A customer should never be made to feel insulted for placing a standard order,much less when a mistake is made by the store. I hope the management at this location takes serious action to address this employee's behavior, as it significantly detracts from the customer experience and reflects poorly on the brand.
