Because this isn’t my first bad experience at this location I felt the need to leave a review
My husband and I stopped at this location expecting a simple coffee run. Apparently, that was asking too much, because we were met with terrible customer service.
When we asked what donuts were still available, the employee at the speaker responded, ‘Didn’t I tell you already?’ — even though he hadn’t. The dismissive tone didn’t stop there. At the window they forgot one of our coffees, then acted annoyed that we were still there waiting for the drink we paid for. The look we got was somewhere between disgust and disbelief, like we’d done something wrong by expecting our full order.
If this is the standard for customer service at this location, it says a lot about how little they value the people keeping them in business.
