- CCCharlesFeb 24, 20261.0Boston road location is terrible A friend of ours used to run that store probably 15 years ago and it was always pretty hectic but I went in last night to pick up my pizza ordered it at approximately 7:00 and I finally left there at about 8:40 I get people get busy things get hectic but it was like walking into a nightclub The music was so loud and just something that should not be played in a family type restaurant / pick up area all except for probably one person seems like they had any kind of customer service was a red-headed guy with glasses he seemed like he generally gave a crap about who walked in the door I stood there at least 10 minutes without any acknowledgment at all and then when I was acknowledged my order reappeared with a completely different time and everything on my phone I just can't even explain how poorly and how disgraced it is to be called a Domino's franchise. Not sure if it's the same owner from many many years ago but Gus was the owner and he gave a crap about his people and his customers would even lend them money towards a delivery vehicle to help keep things going Just a complete disappointment. I will say the food was good but just unbelievable I am speechless I don't feel like I'm even describing accurately how bad that store is being run.

The place is not clean and the employees talk or use bad words. In short, the Dominos Pizza work team does not represent the beginning of the business. I don't recommend ordering pizza in this place, because I saw them with my own eyes that the ingredients fell on the floor and I put it back on the pizza
