  6pm ran out of steak, barbacoa, rice, fajita. Communication was off. Everyone there should know how to do every job not just stuck at 1 station. Charged me extra meat when they ran out of meat and I had to get a different kind. Save your money, go somewhere else!

  Today was my first time ordering from this chipotle and let me just say that I am so disappointed. Based on the quality of my food, the employees are clearly careless. I ordered a large bag of $12 chips and queso and there were like 10 total chips in the bag (which were very salty by the way). My burrito was absolutely disgusting. The tortilla wrap was either insanely stale or overheated because I couldn't even chew it off. On top of that there were so many missing ingredients and they put an absurd amount of sour cream, which tasted disgusting. I felt like I was having a sour cream burrito. On top of that, I paid $4 for guac in the burrito and there was no guac. I can honestly say that I'm going to forever stick to the East Longmeadow location. I expected this location to be a lot better than the other locations considering that they just opened but unfortunately that is not the case. They pretty much just hired anybody and everybody and didn't even take the time to train them clearly just because they wanted to open up so quick

  They're constantly running out of food. Doesn't matter what time of day you go, you'll be waiting an extra 20 minutes because they're making more rice or chicken. Went today at 1:45, well past the lunch rush. 6 people standing in line because they're out of rice. Most of the staff seem lost or like they don't want to be there. Portions are wildly inconsistent. I was served brown guacamole. By the time I got to the register there were 16-20 more guests behind me and only 1 employee working the line. Terrible start for a new location they need to figure something out. I prefer Chipotle to Moe's but if this store stays the way it is I'll gladly choose Moe's for lunch every time.

  My experience was bad from the entrance, open the door and slipped. No wet floor sign. As I’m walking into line i noticed the tables. Filthy! Covered In rice. That rice should’ve been in my bowl because they was very skimpy with it. As he was making it he took my bowl on a joy ride to look for corn. And still came back with none. Very disorganized no clear rolls.

  Tough stuff. I saw the bad reviews but also recognized it was a new branch. I figured maybe they had figured it out, but sadly not. We ordered online and they messed up both entrees pretty badly. I ordered a burrito and they made it a bowl, and my wife's bowl was just straight up wrong. Fortunately, they comped us two more entrees, but that's after a return trip to the resto, which was 15-minutes away. Not fun. Also, the vibes were just bad in there. I get that it's tough to find employees ready to be locked in at a Chipotle, but this was a pretty lackadaisical crew. What a tough job to manage new employees at a place like this. Like I said, tough stuff. I hope they can turn the corner.
