  Ordered ahead, after sitting in the drive through for about twenty minutes without moving (our food saying done in the app the whole time) I hopped out and ran inside to see if I could just grab it at the counter and the kid inside didn’t seem totally with it, when I asked he threw his hands up and started spouting off really random strings of words, something about the sky and the earth or something? It was so bizarre and uncomfortable. Then finally gave us our food. The food wasn’t bad but was severely overpriced and not worth the wait and whatever you want to call this staff interaction. Will not be going again.

  Someone please explain why you have a drive thru for pick up when they stare at you and ignore you? Just shut the channel down if you can’t handle it. I waited for 40 minutes for my order no joke because they just ignored me. Do better Managment needs to re think the crew here because it’s terrible. Go to any other Chipotle I’m telling you

  If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. I know no one will read this entire thing but I need to express my frustrations somewhere. I placed a mobile order for 7:50 a few nights ago through the drive up window. We waited for about 5-10 minutes behind the car at the window to then be greeted by a guy who was “pinballing back and fourth for 2 hours” and was wildly out of breath and told us he would start working on our order. He STARTS MAKING TACOS (we ordered 2 bowls- both chicken, white rice, and cheese) we wait another 10 minutes thinking surely it’ll be out soon. We wait ANOTHER 10 MINUTES (it’s now been 40 minutes of waiting at the window) we see other staff coming over which gave us hope they’d talk to us but then they walked away. After ANOTHER 15 MINUTES we decide to go inside and ask for a refund because we will GLADY go somewhere else for dinner as it is now past 8:30pm. She told us she would have to ask her manager for that to be approved and then told us our order was next. At this point we didn’t even want to take the food after seeing how disgusting the inside of it was. Thank you and DO NOT go here

  Waited 30 minutes in the Chipotlelane for my food and probably would have been 50 minutes if I didn’t see that my order was ready on the app and went inside. Apparently it takes approximately 15 minutes to get an order ready for each car. I get this place is new and they are understaffed and I appreciate the worker for letting me know. But this is unacceptable. You should not have to wait close to an hour for a order that you preordered before leaving the house. Get better!!

  We walked in the restaurant 2 days ago in the evening and waited in line for about 15min. I noticed the tables were all dirty and we agreed at that moment we would take it to go. When we were about to order, I looked in all the food bins and realized that they were either empty or what was left was dried out and horrific looking. I was shocked when she asked what we would like since there was nothing that looked edible. The white rice was empty. They said 10 more minutes for cooking it. The few meats were so dry and took away our appetite. And one of the girls working said out loud that she was trying to leave and go home! Well that's what we did, with no food and I wouldn't go back..
