  The service was great, my espresso drink tasted bad and some things were not put in my drink as requested, through the app, although it was printed on the receipt.

  Yesterday the lil kid didn't know anything about customer service Unprofessional and his timing was completely off more worried about not having staff instead of moving faster he complained to the cousmters I waited in line for 30 mins for my coffee to not to be made right so I went in he took my coffee and sat it down and left it there for another 15 minutes instead of just remaking it real fast he told me to take in up with a higher up and that's what upset me I'm like so I can't get my coffee he's like yet when I have time I'm like I've already waited 30 minutes in line outside and now your making me wait another 30 mins for a mess up he made was crazy to me so he just ignored me nobody in the front got tooling care of ppl where leaving get it together please

  This Dunkin never gets my coffee right. They can’t even make a basic coffee with cream and sugar. It’s disgusting. 🤮 Waste of money.
