  I ordered food on the Dunkin’ Donuts app in the lady was telling me how she had no more bread or food that she’s cleaning all the grills and she’s getting ready to go home. It’s 7:50pm the store closes at 9 PM. They are very lazy and they don’t want to do their job. She literally did not want to talk to me. She made it clear that she had nothing that she could not help me at all. And then I got screwed by Dunkin’ Donuts cause I got no food. Just go to the Dunkin’ Donuts right behind this one

  On March 12, 2026 around 9:50 AM, I had a very upsetting experience at this Dunkin location at 1190 Boston Rd. I went through the drive-thru to buy donuts. English is not my first language, so when the manager spoke very fast I politely asked her to repeat because I did not understand. Instead of helping me, she started yelling at me. I calmly asked her not to yell and to please speak more slowly. She then said “bye, bye” and refused to serve me. When I went inside the store to try to place my order, she told the other employees not to serve me either and continued yelling in front of other customers. This was very embarrassing and disrespectful. I was simply trying to buy donuts like any other customer. After this happened, I looked at the Google reviews and noticed several other customers describing similar experiences with the manager being rude or refusing service. This is very concerning. I hope the owner or corporate management reviews what is happening at this location, because customers deserve respectful treatment.

  I visited this location on March, 8, 2026 around 10am. I've been so many Dunkin Donuts from south to west. And this is the most disgusting place that I can ever see. The staff are rude, lousy and service is horrible. I just asked for glass of hot water and they charged for it. I understand it cost for water and cup. but I am regular client of Dunkin donut and I also order few items already. The most disgusting thing was all staff arguing that water cost money, cup most money in front of everyone with so much attitude and lousiness. Hopefully management team would train these staff more efficient, respectful and professional. Will never visit this place again.

  I stopped in Dunkin doughnuts on Boston Rd. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, hash browns and a iced coffee. I live less than 3 minutes from their parking lot to my front door. Needless to say I was very disappointed to find out my order was cold. Like it was made ahead of time and just sitting on the counter waiting.

  El peor servicio al cliente primera y ultima ves que voy fui con mi hijo a comprar una dona y de verdad que de la manera que la tipa nos atendió orible le preguntó que cómo uso los puntos que tengo acomulados en la aplicación y ni me quiso ayudar
