Customer service requires basic respect, and this behavior was far from it. If someone cannot handle simple interactions without aggression, they should not be working in a customer-facing role. I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should be treated this way.

I paid the order and got my coffee at 5:48 pm. Also, this is second day this week coffee doesn't taste right. RIDICULOUS. Seems like the owner/corporate dose not care
