  I have been going back and forth about even saying anything because I am not the type of person who complains. This time its not about the quality of the food because every time I go I don't have a bad experience but more so about the staff. I'm not sure if the staff was aware that I could hear them threw the intercom, but as I pulled up to intercom I see a young lady walking to the trash to throw something out and upon pulling up to speaker I hear someone yelling to her that there was another car. She simply stated she knew and then whoever else was there completely flipped on her telling her she didn't have a job any longer when that location reopened. I personally love going there when three certain workers are there. One of which is the young lady being yelled at. I think her name is Madisyn. Along with another young lady I believe is named Mya and then I believe she is store manager Mirna. That Dunkin is my go to because I work so close to it. Its an extra special experience when them 3 ladies are working. I would hate to learn that young lady lost her job over what I feel was nothing serious. She wasnt screwing around she was throwing out trash. Someone else could've taken my order. It takes a good team to become a successful location. I'm very disappointed with how the young lady was spoken to March 7. 2026. I hope this is looked into further. I love this location but I don't know if I could continue going if a great employee is let go for no reason.

  They take a long time to take your order I was waiting for 12 minutes in line and the person in front of me went to leave because they were taking too long.

  The restroom was disgusting. They need to check and control the staff as soon as possible.
