    I recently visited this location as a doordasher and I was not impressed at all. I was not greeted or acknowledged, I just stood there awkwardly and occasionally an employee would look at me and then look away. It was only when, what I assumed to be a regular customer came in, cut in front of me, I was then acknowledged with... U have a pickup? I couldn't even get a hello.... I don't know where friendly customer service went these days but it certainly is not there.

    Horrible experience today. Out of items and the girl making my burrito was giving extremely small portions. I mean like half spoonfuls. So small for no reason

    These are the DoorDash portion sizes this is legit a joke the customer service sucks , the manager Adam has awful customer service .. ridiculous corporate will be called

    Been here 3 times. Every single time it takes forever. I could have gone to Chicopee and got my order in the time it takes for them to finish mine. Insane. They were laughing and having a good time while I wrote this review and waited 40+ minutes.

    2 out of 2 times I’ve been to this location I’ve gotten terribly sick the next morning. I don’t find this coincidental. The service is great the people are kind but there’s something definitely wrong here and I don’t recommend this location. I’ve never had any issues at any other location in the area.
