  Avoid this place, there are other mcds not too far away in both directions. I can see from the other reviews that I am not the only one with these problems. This location needs a new manager or dm. There are constant issues with missing food items, cold food items, way slower than usual service, and rude service. Today we were missing fries from one meal and nuggets from another. My child and I just ended up combining our meals into one and shared for $30.... We also pre-ordered on the app that I only downloaded this one time to try it. They waited until we arrived to start putting it together. That is pointless, it should at least be in the line up to be made when the order comes in. I don't expect priority or faster service, just the service that's being offered (Dunkin had mastered this, just saying). Minor thing that just made it more annoying is one of the boxes was broken and wasn't able to be carried but had to have two hands to hold it, why bother spending money on nice containers if they're unable to be used correctly. I've put in complaints each time but nothing seems to happen, not even a call back or anything. We typically go 2-3x a year, usually only when there is something special happening, but we've learned our lesson and we'll drive farther away if we plan on visiting in the future. I'm starting to wonder if employees are sneaking the missing food for themselves, I worked for mcds a long time and I've seen what some of the common employee issues are, but it's just a theory.

  Literally just came through pulling up to the ordering screen on the outside of the two sets of order screens. Nobody answered us for like five minutes so we thought maybe this one’s broken. We’ll get in line behind this other person. Who’s on the inner ring so we get behind them the person in front of us gets to give their order we pull up waiting like five or six more minutes and then the person where we had just been they take their order and then when we go to give our order, they’re out of everything we wanted.

  My food I ordered a plain cheeseburger and I got a normal cheeseburger with multiple stuff on it This has happened multiple times I will not be ordering here again
