Ordered pickup 20 minutes before arriving at the store, would’ve been better off sitting in the line of 8 cars at the driveway as my food didn’t come out for 25+ minutes after arriving at the store. Would recommend you take your money somewhere else or just cook at home. The slowest fast food I’ve ever experienced.

This is the best Play Place at a McDonald's in our area that I know of. There are 2 closer but this one is bigger and better maintained, totally worth the drive. I do wish they had bothered to number the tables in the play place like they have them numbered in the main dining area. I like to bring my child here if it's too hot, too cold, or bad weather outside. We usually meet friends there, let the kids play for a few hours while the parents get to hang out and chat.

Went to get the Grinch meal and our French Fries were old and cold very disappointing since McDonald's always had good French Fries.

Drive thru window...asked if drink was included in meal. They said yes. Then they charged extra for drinks. Worker said, when we complained, " it's included, but there is an upcharge". Don't want to waste more time, so they win.. (your rent is 1500 per month water included. Then an upcharge of 300 added for water..that seem right?)

My girls (8 & 9) love the play area here, but the service is usually terrible I'm sorry to say! There always seems to be either not enough staff on shift or even when there does seem like plenty of help, they take a ridiculously long time to complete orders. Just yesterday we ordered two items to go for my son who wasn't with us at the time. He wanted a quarter pounder with cheese only & McCrispy plain. Well plain usually means nothing on it, but they added pickles despite the label right on it that said plain. Glad I checked before leaving. Please pay more attention staff! You should get what you pay for. Simple mistake maybe, but happens far too often for us customers. It also shouldn't take 10+ mins for fast food I'm sorry. We had a number & sat down at a table awaiting our order, but it took so long I had to approach the counter to ask for it because nobody brought it out, even though I could see it sitting on a tray behind the counter. I was told they were still waiting on drinks, but that should literally take two seconds. Needless to say, they have lots of room for improvement. Speed & accuracy of orders specifically. Friendliness however is usually evident at least. Just could use some more staff & definitely a bit more effort. I will compliment the cleanliness as we almost always notice someone cleaning whenever we visit.
