  Had placed a mobile order at 10:41 pm. Went to the speaker at 11:01 pm and was asked if we would be using the app. We said yes. Then the worker proceeded to say that they were closed. Can’t make this up.

  I wish they would actually resolve the problems instead of ignore them. I’ve had way to many problems at the specific location even though I was a former employee. They are always slow and always mess some part of an order up. My parents have problems when they go through and are always missing part of their order. I got my grandparents coffees there not to long ago who are both diabetic and every time I order a sugar free iced coffee they always I mean always give me the one with sugar syrup. They are very unprofessional and they need to get they act together. They should really pay attention and stop giving customers attitude. New management sucks.

  If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered food through my phone for my break while I was at work and when I got there they were absolutely swamped, all the staff were yelling and screaming at each other and the customers, and the ripped me off too. I ordered a meal and they didn't put any pickles on my sandwich which I had asked for and they didn't give me my drink nor a cup to get it from the soda station. I've been starting to have increasingly worse and worse problems with this one location In particular. For example I've gone through the drive thru about t to 6 times in the last month always ordering the same thing, a cheeseburger with extra pickles and extra onions and they never put any extra but yet they charge me for the extra. Honestly none of the kids in there know how to properly count money nor properly make or do anything there. Honestly this location is one big scam and they'll rip you off time and time and time again. Seriously one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I've been to ones all across the U.S.A.! !Update! Literally less than 5 minutes after writing this review I opened my 4 pc nugget only to find a shirt black hair resting next to the food in the box. This place is honestly so disgusting and they're going to end up getting someone sick and being shut down! I'm very disappointed! It's not that hard to do better guys seriously come on!

  Bro. Fries weren't salted at all but they were fresh. They forgot the apple pie, also got hot honey sauce instead of honey mustard. All I ordered was a large fry, small coke and an apple pie.

  Standard McDonald’s food and experience with above average service. Most personable service of any McDonald’s I’ve been to 😊
