  Great customer service. Wide variety of fresh bagels. Fast service. I like egg and cheese on my bagel, my husband likes cream cheese.

  Bagels are very good. Interesting flavors. Tried a few different ones now. Bagels are good for two days. Any longer- I suggest you do not stock up and just go back. Cream cheese flavors are all very good. I also like the ordering menu - you can really customize your order and they actually follow it which is incredible these days. I got an ice chai drink that was also very good if you like sweet.

  Both times I went were trash. For starters, the layout of the store makes no sense, the cash register is directly in front of the door, and while there are signs indicating where people to stand for the line, people just huddle in front of the cash register anyways, meanwhile foot traffic is walking by you in line. The bagels are gummy and absolutely mid, Thomas bagels in the grocery store is better. To top it all off, they never get your order right, I ordered light cream cheese (because they put a disgusting amount on). They smeared it on both sides of the bagel, so it makes your hands messy and the bagel was soggy from how much they put on. This place sucks.
