- CTChristine TJul 11, 20251.0Just awful ): I’ve tried to give this dunkins a chance so many times but the service is poor and more than half the time they forget an item. They refuse to put bakery items with your order when you order online and dodge you when you try to request them. Completely ignore you at the pick up counter and when items need to be slightly modified they don’t make the modifications. Multiple times they have forgotten an item and argued about it with me even when I’ve showed them my receipt or will give me items with meat even though I’m a vegetarian. I’ve waited 30+ min for online orders so many times just to be ignored. I know they’re working hard but they could also a little nicer instead of acting like an inconvenience.
