Said something like in passing like "oh crap, only 2 lanes opened" to me wife, Manager must have overheard me and came , apologized and escorted me to the checkout amd offered to open another lane for me. Was super nice and wanted me to be happy. Great experience, great customer service. Best experience i have ever had at a stop and shop
