I ask for and pay for extra tomatoes everytime and it is definitely over 100 times I didn't receive them today....that is like 100 hundred dollars they have stolen from me now cause I never realized it till I got home 🎶same old song and dance 🤔

This is honestly probably the worst McDonald's I have ever gone to. I probably went to this McDonald's 3 or 4 times in the last couple weeks every single time they are out of one thing or the next. If you like their apple pies don't even bother asking at this location I can assure you they don't have them. Along with the cookies, brand new buffalo chicken wrap, oh and I switched off and got a McFlurry instead one day and they just dumped the toppings right on top. Did not mix it at all just dump it in and hand it out. I will absolutely not be returning to this location I canceled my order and drove off today because of how often they say they're out of stuff. Which to be honest I don't believe that you're out of apple pies I would believe that you're lazy and don't want to make them.

Terrible experience. My first order was missing an item (Bacon Quarter Pound Cheese). I reordered it, and the burger came poorly made and without cheese! Very disappointing.

I ordered McDonald’s because it’s my go-to cheat meal, but this location has been consistently awful. My latest order took only 18 minutes from start to finish (7 minutes to arrive), yet the fries were ice cold and the food felt like it had been sitting out for ages.
I split my time between Florida in the winter and Cape Cod in the summer, and this is hands-down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. The food is always cold, the buns are dry and stale, and they never remember the straws. I keep giving them another chance hoping things will improve, but they never do.

This has to be the world's slowest and worst fast food restaurant ever.... The staff has so much attitude and then curses you out in there own haitian language. I was humiliated and on top of all that they had the nerve and audicity to let me park to wait on my food while they serve other customers. And that customer engaged in conversations with the girl at the window and they laughed at the whole situation. Be mindful they got the order wrong. They gave us a kids meal with no burger just fries.... At the window she did say "pull I got the order".... We pulled up and the order was not "got".
My fries are as cold as ice. I am pissed and (also was a Uber eats guy he had to wait a whole 30 mins and still no food). We left him there. After asking for a refund that's when my order came out with an "attitude". Manager you need to straighten your night staff. They need to be more polite, efficient and have way better customer service.
This does not DESERVE a star but I had to leave a star so I can write this review.
