- CHCarolina HattlerApr 9, 20261.0After many failed attempts to have this Dunkin get it right. I am posting as a BEWARE! This AM on my way to my job, I stopped for the 3rd plus time at this location. Each time something got messed up, my coffee not quite right, food mess ups, and TODAY topped it all. While the manager was in the window, giving my order as well as being the one who rung me out; I got this. Clearly not what a manager, or Dunkin at all should allow out of their store. I called the location, just for it to go to Voicemail. I called the Francisee owner as well with no reply. I spent nearly 20 dollars for my order to be trashed, ignored by these people [Francisee & Management] and to be hungry and unable to go in person for correction. This is absolutely disgusting to be treated in such a manner, and as a former Dunkin employee is even more grotesque that they're calling this an accurate order when this is CLEARLY incorrect, even Stevie Wonder could SEE that, smfh.

- ASAndrea SlowickDec 10, 20251.0I’ve given this location 3 seperate chances at getting my order right ( they are within a mile from where I live. ) Staff at drive thru were dismissive, and no matter how I ordered my coffee/ latte it was incorrect. First time I waited at the window for 11 minutes. Lady behind me got so aggravated she sped off without her order. It would be nice if the staff was friendly but I care more about the actual product I’m paying for. I will never go back to this location. The absolute best, hands down location is at 4 corners(202) in Granby.
