Mind you English is my first language… I planned on using my reward points on the Dunkin app (950 points for ANY size signature latte). I arrive at the drive thru window, in a rush at this point, they scan my QR code from the Dunkin app for payment and then they hand me a MEDIUM Iced Carmel Craze Latte. Angry and disappointed I just went on my way; I chose to keep it moving instead of dealing with the incompetent staff. I will not be returning at this location.

Whatever he is being paid is certainly not enough and this franchise is lucky to have him on staff. He keeps the drive-through line moving unbelievably fast with excellent order accuracy. I can truly say I have never experienced anything like it.
