    I would give more stars if I actually got my meal. Sever came over to inform us that the kitchen "red lighted" my meal and asked me what my order was again. All of this after an hour after we had been seated. I felt bad and did not want to eat a meal where they forget about it. Other tables got their drinks that sat down after us. Our appatizer took forever as well. I never complain but we paid the bill and not looking forward to returning. Was really looking forward to a date night, and luckily Wegmans still had some sushi left late at night. Very disappointed and embarrassed for my fiance who was looking forward to a fun date night.

    I ordered a center-cut sirloin and a ribeye. It arrived cold and the meat was the worst I have ever eaten. It was tasteless and ribeye was so sinewy that coul not be chewed at all. Honestly, not eatable. I threw everything in garbage. Don't waste your money on this place.

    Went there with 2 friends this past Friday. We arrived around 830 pm. We waited for a moment before being greeted by who we assumed to be a manager. We informed him we were looking for a table for 3, he glanced down at his map and asked if we minded a high top. The place was empty but for someone reason they seemed to be touting everyone to the bar area. There were 2 occupied tables and several dirty tables ( that’s important for later ). We took a table, sat and were promptly greeted by our server. We were brought bread and waters fairly quickly which was to be expected as our server had only 2 tables at this point. Ours and one that was about to leave. We placed our order and shortly after our drinks arrived. They were delicious. Up until this point everything was fine. Our food came out quickly, everything was hot, steaks were cooked wonderfully but our server would never know that because we didn’t see her again until long after we were done with our meals and our drinks. Never asked how the food was, never asked how our steaks were cooked. As a server myself I make it a point to be available to my guests and also to make sure they are satisfied… especially with a steak. We ended up ordering another round of drinks on the self serve table kiosk. The order was sent and the bartender all of a sudden disappeared. For a solid 15 minutes. About 10 minutes after we place said drink order our server FINALLY appears .. we inform her we placed another drink order but the bartender was MIA. She said she was looking for her? Another 5 minutes go by and we decide we no longer want the drinks, we’re tired of waiting .. again the place is dead so it’s not a question of the bartender being backed up. I ended up having to flag down the manager who greeted and seated us to have him void the drinks from the check.. he said he’d get my server. Server comes back .. I tell her we don’t want them anymore, weve already been waiting 15 mins and the bartender is gone. She then goes over to the bar bc to my shock and surprise there was what must have been a senior manager sitting at the bar enjoying his meal. So the whole time the bartender is missing, tickets are being sent and he’s just sitting there .. no urgency to the guest. Not a care in the world. She goes over, they speak.. he does what he does on the pos and I’m sure he’s going to come over and apologize.. he does NOT - he goes right back to his meal. Remember those dirty tables I mentioned? STILL dirty when we walked out.. well over an hour after we got there. The food was great, the drinks were tasty. The service, management and overall guest experience left much to be desired. Not a single busser in sight, no pre bussing, managers on phones when employees are doing whatever, unable to be found, lackluster service. If this is what service there is always like I can see why it would be a ghost town at 8pm on a Friday night.
