Always 1 Server waiting on all tables while 4-5 staff all talk by the bar with seemingly the manager. Always long wait times for a slow day too,Food is decent though.

Terrible service; I was so embarrassed to have recommended this place to my family. When we arrived, we were served by a terrible waitress. I used to frequent this place, and they always brought us bread and butter as an appetizer, but this time, not even that. We ordered lemonades, and the waitress practically threw them at us and didn't give us straws. I ordered a burger that I thought came with bacon, but it didn't. I politely asked if I could buy some bacon, offering to pay extra, and she said it wasn't possible, but that she would try to get some from the kitchen. But then she just ignored me, as if she didn't care. She brought my family's food and left, without ever asking how the food was or if we needed anything. We would have understood if she had been busy, but she started talking to her colleagues right in front of us. When we were halfway through our meal, she asked if we wanted the bill because she had to leave, even though it was only 7:30 pm and the restaurant doesn't close at that time. We wanted to order dessert, so we told her to wait a moment, but honestly, after such bad service, we didn't want anything else from that place, so we paid because all she cared about was the tip and going home. HORRIBLE SERVICE. If you want to have a pleasant time, do not go to this place.

It’s truly heartbreaking to see Outback’s quality steadily decline. I loved Outback for many years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. This time, we were told that nearly half of the items we ordered were unavailable. When the food finally arrived, both the quality and presentation fell far below what Outback used to deliver. I ordered a Prime steak cooked medium, yet it arrived bloody on the outside. After I sent it back, it returned seared, but nearly half of the 16 oz steak was fat — not an exaggeration — and should have been trimmed before serving. To make matters worse, during payment we were charged more than the amount shown on the check. When I questioned it, I was told that a device at the table had been used to add a charge by a 5-year-old who was playing with it — something we never consented to. While the amount itself wasn’t significant, it completely soured the mood at the table. The unfriendly service was the final blow. It’s so sad to see Outback turning into something it never used to be.

They had nothing I asked for for the drinks, either they were pushing or they were lazy, the place was empty and still we were sat(2 of us) all the way to the poorly lit back booths, surrounded by half cleaned tables/booths with stuff on top of them even a purse I assume it belonged to an employee. Table was dirty, they took way too long to serve and nothing made sense, the walls and screens had some offers, the physical menu had others, the tablet on the table had others and the website had others, we were offered nothing in the form of deals or plate of the day. The misses order a cut of meat that was the size a toddler could eat and charged the price an executive could afford, I'm a beer and Burger guy, that is were I thrive. They had no prices for the beers, was not told when asked and the draft and other canned/bottle beers were not available, the burger was poor tasting and assembled horribly, in full honesty it looked old and pulled from the garbage, the presentation as a whole on both plates was just SAD. And I know that burger was not real meat, it was some processed fake junk. I am not returning, GOD NO, my first and last trip to that chain.

First, when we entered the restaurant, they had put up a sign on the wall saying it hadn't passed inspection. My wife and I decided to give it a chance and went inside. As we walked to the table, it was dirty, but they came and cleaned it. We ordered hamburgers and steak, which were good and arrived on time, but there was a problem: the restroom was really dirty. You could see a bunch of tissues on the floor on the way to the restroom, and that wasn't pleasant at all. It actually explained why they failed the inspection. The waiter was very friendly.
