They keep the prepared orders in the back and you have to flag down an employee to get it for you but today they just weren't even making the mobile orders. My lunch was supposed to be ready at 1pm but I waited and waited and at 1:20 I finally gave up and left without the meal I paid for. The lone lady working the to-go area was gone in the bathroom for a while but over the 10 minutes when she was back I think I saw 2 orders get completed. Don't waste your time and money like me.

I asked for gluten-free and they thought I wanted a free bowl and insisted that I would have to pay. I said that I will pay but I just want it gluten-free and again they said it’s not possible free you’ll have to pay for like 15 minutes until I just left. I have had a very good experiences at Chipotle as a gluten-free person before but this specific location I will never go back to, and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
