I asked for a little more as im paying extra for guac and they gave me almost none and everyone looked at me like I was an asshole and tried to charge me for extra guac. This has to be the worst chipotle location despite the complete collapse in any semblance of customer service or attempt to give you even a quarter of what they used to. The entrance also has a massive leak flooding water in and it would be a kindness if the entire establishment were to face the same fate.

They keep the prepared orders in the back and you have to flag down an employee to get it for you but today they just weren't even making the mobile orders. My lunch was supposed to be ready at 1pm but I waited and waited and at 1:20 I finally gave up and left without the meal I paid for. The lone lady working the to-go area was gone in the bathroom for a while but over the 10 minutes when she was back I think I saw 2 orders get completed. Don't waste your time and money like me.
