  I love cava and frequently visit their locations however this location which recently opened near my residence is not meeting expectations. Half the time I am there it seems it's the first day on the job for the person serving me. On all of these occasions my standard steak and harissa bowl has constantly been made incorrectly despite it being one of their standard menu items with no customizations. Today some of the rice was hard and uncooked. If there are new employees working, management should be keeping a closer eye on new workers to ensure they are learning and doing the job correctly. I rarely leave reviews however I am leaving this one here in hopes that this location will start providing the same service of all the other Cavas.

  Normally I love CAVA and all the choices it has to offer, but the staff at this particular location is terrible and makes the experience bad. I went here on Monday afternoon, and the lady making the bowl was serving extremely small portions of everything to the point that the grains and greens bowl wasn’t even half full even after adding everything. When asked to put a little more dressing, she squeezed too much dressing into the bowl and made it disgusting. My experience ordering from here on DoorDash wasn’t any better either, they made 2 bowls completely incorrectly. CAVA, hire better staff or train them properly if you want people to actually enjoy the delicious food that you serve.

  I’m usually a big fan of Cava, so I was really excited when the Assembly Square location opened. Unfortunately, after visiting several times since the opening, the experience hasn’t matched the quality I’m used to at other Cava locations. The kitchen and counter areas have been noticeably messy, the rice was dry, the salads were soggy, and the portions were much smaller than expected. The staff also didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming. Overall, not the standard I expect from Cava. I hope things improve, because I really want this location to succeed.

  I would like to give a special shout-out to Deanta for his outstanding professionalism and service. From start to finish, he was courteous, attentive, and made my bowl exactly how I liked. Thank you, Deanta, for making my visit to CAVA such a pleasant one! I will definitely be going back .
