Food and the service was great. Just visiting but was so glad to find such a awesome place. Need one back in the Midwest.

Sad to say I believe I am officially done with the CAVA experience. It seems as though the food quality declined in tandem with its stock price (down 60% ytd). No wonder. The customer service is just as bad - workers who seem angry to serve you. The culture here is terrible. There needs to be major changes or else this place does not have much longer to go. Today’s bowl was terribly bland, devoid of any flavor. It used to be the opposite. I had high hopes. Oh well.

Worst steak I've ever had at a fast-casual establishment - chewy texture and zero flavor. Can't believe I paid extra for this.

I had an amazing experience at CAVA in Assembly Row! The general manager, Alex, truly goes above and beyond for both the guests and the team. You can tell right away that he cares deeply about the restaurant everything runs smoothly, the food is fresh and perfectly made, and the atmosphere is always positive. Alex greeted guests with genuine warmth and made sure everyone felt taken care of, even during the busy rush. His professionalism and leadership really shine through. It’s rare to see a manager so attentive, kind, and dedicated. Thanks to Alex and his team, this location has easily become one of my favorites in Boston!
