    Had Brittany and this very pleasant Black man that had his hair wrapped up (forgot to get his name)! Great service and great teamwork! They were uplifting each other and were very nice people!

    Would give zero stars if I could. Forgot to put half of the ingredients including the MAIN INGREDIENT, the chicken. I waited over an hour for it on door dash. When I called the store, the person who answered the phone said “well we have employees who are teenagers so mistakes are going to happen” instead of even acknowledging the inconvenience or apologizing. Then hung up the phone while I was talking. Will never step foot in this place.

    This location specifically is the cleanest Cava I've ever been to. Unfortunately, the server was very laxadaisical with the interaction and serving portions. Garlic sauce was unavailable/done for the day but food was delicious per usual.

    This cava location disappointed me on both visits. The first visit, the employee helping me did not know anything i was asking for or she kept asking me to repeat myself every time I spoke. I started to wonder if sound travels poorly here. I didn’t mind at first because I thought maybe it’s her first day. But when I asked for Tzatziki, she said there is none left. How disappointing CAVA runs out of tzatziki at 7 pm. But it’s also not the end of the world. When I get to the cashier, she begins to ALMOST ring me up but all the employees paused their work to give another customer at Pick-up their undivided attention. So I’m standing there for an awkward 2 minutes waiting to be rung up because apparently only the cashier can help this customer at pick up. I thought to myself “ why does it take 5 employees to assist a customer at pick-up just because of an issue with his order. The workflow got completely disrupted due to one small issue at pick-up. 2nd visit, I order online this time to avoid hassle. Everything seems normal. I get home, I notice a dark brown medium-length hair hanging out the side of my bowl as I’m opening it. I don’t have dark brown hair or medium length hair. I keep it cool because I’m hungry and tired. I just take it out and not let it bother me because it wasn’t immersed in my food. NOW, the real problem is WHAT I FOUND in my partners bowl. One of those thin metal twist-ties. He almost ate it. This was honestly the last straw because why can’t this location do one thing right? I’ve been to other locations and never run into so many issues. Please, be more cautious when you’re preparing food. I know food service can be difficult but if it had been someone else, they could’ve already choked on it.
