I’ve worked in the food industry for 20+ years and never in my life did I shut a machine off during business hours, especially 5 whole hours before closing time. New store, lazy employees.

Close the doors to this one and go up the street. It's not worth it.not to mention the parking lot and how no one knows how to park in a single spot. Honestly your better off getting Starbucks than coming to this location. The only single thing they do right is clean the counters because the floors look like trash, barrels are overflowing in the lobby. Newly renovated but the service got worse.
