- KMkylie mFeb 20, 20261.0do not come to this dunkin. worst dunkin i've ever been to. the workers are disgustingly rude and unprofessional. screaming and swearing in the store, messing up my order almost every time i go, and make me and my friend feel uncomfortable. a couple weeks ago when me and my friend went through the drive through we were waiting for someone to take our order so we were just talking and laughing, after 6 minutes of waiting someone finally took our order then when we got to the window this male worker in the back says "so whats so funny? we heard yall laughing. is there a problem?". we will never be back to this location

Unfortunately for them they didn’t have the awareness to realize a customer, the one they were laughing about was standing at the counter behind them. I was refunded by the shift leader who was 100% aware of the antics the staff probably does regularly. I have been a customer of this location for 20 years, that ended yesterday. The general consensus amongst the town is this place has become terrible over the last few months. I was holding out but sorry to say after this incident I’m with them.

Between my friend and I we come here so much every morning and spend usually between 10 and $12 and I get to use my rewards so it's worth it. Out of all the Dunkin' Donuts in the city of Fall River this is my favorite.

I understand you are stressed over worked and short staffed but talking it out on customers is not a good look. I felt so uncomfortable and ending up apologizing for ordering coffees
