  Honesty is always the best policy. This morning I went in and asked for chocolate frosting to be added to the French crullers that I was purchasing. The flamboyant gentleman proceeds to tell me they dont do that because they don't have chocolate frosting or time to do that. There was literally two people inside and I know that not only do they have chocolate frosting but they do it all the time. Last weekend they took 2 coffee rolls off the rack and took them to the room to the right of the donut rack and frosted them for me. If your just plain lazy just lead with that. Dont lie and tell your customers that you don't do that AND there is no frosting. Makes you look like a ostentatious idiot. Next time just be be truthful.

  Poor experience. Asked for bagel with no cream cheese extra toasted, and got a spongy bagel with extra cream cheese. Don't even try to get a bagel, they literally taste like old bread. Brunette girl at the window had a poor attitude. Coffee was ok though, but it's a coffee place, so kind of the bare minimum? lol.

  Zero customer service. No one else in the store except for me and my family standing there waiting to order. They were changing the drawers which is totally fine but we weren’t even acknowledged. We stood there for maybe 5 mins without so much as a “we will be right with you” let alone someone looking at us. It’s really awkward to stand face to face with people and they act like you aren’t there. It was weird and so we left and went to the Dunkin’ down the street. Just really rude, managers train your people.

  This location is run by an absentee franchise owner. They will mess up your order and nobody with real authority will respect your business. Go to another one. There are plenty of Dunkins to choose.

  Not great customer service associates seem not happy with their job working at Dunkin' donuts. Manager needs to supervise a little closely to the associates not doing a job correctly.
