  I got hash browns and found a small pebble in it... Small enough to not go noticed, but big enough to chip my tooth... Be careful

  Terrible experience on 3/19/26. Two people working and I understand it was busy but not only did the girl at drive thru not get the order correct, but eventually had to go in after waiting 20 minutes in line to pick up order. This same girl ignored not only myself but everyone else at the counter. When I asked if there was anyone serving the customers at the counter she said “ we are extremely busy “. Fine but at least acknowledge us and say something like I’ll be right with you. After getting my 2 coffees that were sitting there - turns out both were wrong! The second employee kindly made them over and apologized for the wait and confusion. 45 minutes waiting for 2 drinks- I will go elsewhere next time.

  Probably the best Dunkins in town. Even when the line of cars is long, the wait is generally not that bad. The few times ive gone inside, the staff has always been friendly and professional.

  We usually go around 6pm after jujitsu, my son always asks for a coolatta and every single time we get the same response without failure “my frozen machine is off for cleaning.” But they close at 11. I’ve worked in the food industry for 20+ years and never in my life did I shut a machine off during business hours, especially 5 whole hours before closing time. New store, lazy employees.

  This is by far the worst location of dunkin. Incompetent employees often ignore me in the lobby. I have never once got my order correct from this location. Close the doors to this one and go up the street. It's not worth it.not to mention the parking lot and how no one knows how to park in a single spot. Honestly your better off getting Starbucks than coming to this location. The only single thing they do right is clean the counters because the floors look like trash, barrels are overflowing in the lobby. Newly renovated but the service got worse.
