  As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in we were greeted immediately, the inside was very clean and organized. The cashier i believe her name was Lauren was very pleasant a little nervous but i told her its ok to be nervous your learning and your doing a great job, she took her time and read the order back to me and she had everything correct. As soon as we sat down and got our food there was a young gentleman who came over and asked us if we needed anything or any refills but we said we were fine, after we ate he also came back to the table and threw our trash out which was very nice of him to do. The food was delicious and everything was super fresh! From the salad to the fruit parfait and also the chicken and the fries. I will for sure be back! I know they just opened and they need time to adjust but i feel like this spot will be a lot better than the one in fallriver. Thanks so much Somerset chick fil a for great food and great service !

  They turned the lights off in the drive through at 10 on the dot me and 3 other people waiting in the drive through took 15 min to get my food and the nice girl came out with only my strips I guess she didn’t hear me say the meal which is fine mistakes happen but when u turn the lights off on people and I hear them talking about it inside it’s kinda like yikes where’s the adult running this place ? The new Canes location in Fall River dis et have this issue , The girl who was bringing out food was very very nice though ! So points to her

  First visit…Disappointed with chick-fil-a sandwich. It was greasy and a bit soggy, like it had been sitting in the wrapper for a while. And the fries were rubbery, not crisp at all. I’ve had fries from one other location and they were hot and crispy. Maybe this place is still fine tuning but I doubt I’ll go back based on how my stomach feels right now. On a good note, the workers were very nice and the place was clean. Wish I could give the food a better rating.

  Sat through 5 songs while waiting for my food and drinks. Specifically 15 minutes waiting for a coke and a frozen coffee. Saw my coffee come out and taken back in. Never got my coke because I didn’t want the food to get cold. Do better with your back up plans in case something happens like this again. I know you’re working out kinks but a plan needs to be made.

  Worst chick fil a experience i have ever had!!! Waited 15 min for my food then another 10 min for the car in front of me to get their food due to cant get out of line to leave! Then to top it off my order wasnt even correct! I ordered the jalapeño spicy crispy and got the grilled! The sandwich was good but, for the entire process to basically be 30 min the very least could've been to get the order correct!!!
