It’s 4 30 in the afternoon and it’s pouring rain outside. I’m in a foot cast that I need to avoid getting wet at all cost ( other than that I would’ve went inside to place my order). None the less, I pull up to the window to see staff talking, laughing and mopping the floor. The staff saw me and still did not respond. I knocked on the window and after another minute of waiting a staff member walked up to the window and asked how can I help you? I was shocked. No excuse or explanation for the lack of service just rude. The quality of customer service here is poorly managed.

If you feel so comfortable doing that in public my trust of that food handling goes down to zero I can only imagine what would go on if no one was looking.
