The staff is friendly, helpful, and they make the items correctly which cannot be said about a lot of the other Dunkin’s in the area. I definitely recommend this location, especially for the lattes/coffee as it’s better quality than a lot of dunks I’ve been to!

It’s 4 30 in the afternoon and it’s pouring rain outside. I’m in a foot cast that I need to avoid getting wet at all cost ( other than that I would’ve went inside to place my order). None the less, I pull up to the window to see staff talking, laughing and mopping the floor. The staff saw me and still did not respond. I knocked on the window and after another minute of waiting a staff member walked up to the window and asked how can I help you? I was shocked. No excuse or explanation for the lack of service just rude. The quality of customer service here is poorly managed.
