  This place is a joke and gets worse and worse by the day. Ordered online for delivery and order was never delivered, manager refused to give me a refund and then cussed me out on the phone. Will contact corporate for my refund!

  Called the restaurant to ask about allergies and was able to speak to someone very kind and helpful. I was going to put the order in a few hours later and she said I could put attention to her and she would take care with it. Everything worked perfectly and my allergy kids loved the boneless wings. It’s not always easy to find a restaurant that will accommodate our allergies so willingly so I really appreciate it. We will definitely be back.

  Absolutely horrible experience. This was the fourth time we’ve been to this restaurant. The first three times were ok but not perfect. I figured I’d give it another try as I went to one in Florida for years and it was sort of a tradition for me and friends for watching college football on Saturdays. This last time was one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings experiences I’ve had. They can def be hit or miss but this location is pretty bad. The worst part was that we went there to watch the FSU game. There are a ton of tvs and no one seemed interested in watching any of them even though it was also game 7 of the World Series. The place was busy but not crowded. I asked the server to change one of the small tvs to the FSU game. She asked the bartender to do it and after 15 minutes it still wasn’t changed. I asked again. She said he was busy but would get to it. It wasn’t that busy that he couldn’t take two minutes to change a channel. 15 more minutes go by. I asked again. Ended up watching on my phone while we ate and then just left. Was there over an hour and they never put the game on. A sports bar should cater to its sports fan crowd—the point is to watch a game there versus at home. If you can’t even get your game on there’s no point going. And they had dance music playing instead of the audio from the WS game. The wings I ordered were absolutely drenched in sauce. It was gross. Like they just pulled them out of the fryer and poured a quart of sauce over them. The carrots were giant baby carrots they couldn’t even be bothered to cut into sticks. Fourth and last visit. I won’t be going back. Terrible experience. It’s a shame because like I said I’ve been a loyal customer of this chain for years even with all the ups and downs in food quality. It’s sort of been a football season tradition of mine for years. But I’ll just have to find somewhere else to watch the game.

  Shocking customer service and total absence of any organization or management. Ordered food for pickup Oct 25 - I arrived 15 mins after confirmed time and waited 20 more mins, eventually to be told someone must have stolen it, and we will make order again. 1h wasted. Gave them a second chance Nov 1 - food eventually appeared 30 mins after posted time. Unacceptable. In both visits the person on desk left for 10 mins leaving a line 5-7 deep many of whom gave up and left. This place needs management.
