  We arrived at 11:10 serviced at 11:28 Beer pour was 3/4 x2 waited an additional 20 min for food with an additional 3/4 pour.. amazing potential for an amazing bar atmosphere…. Zero customer service!!

  I used to love this place. Quality of food and staff has gone downhill. I love the garlic parm. BWW is one of my favorite chain restaurants... Just not this one.

  DoorDash forgot our order and I called so they canceled the order and told us to reorder. After talking to them for 30 mins and reordering by the time the order came it was 3 hours later. This store thought it was appropriate to send the first order from 3 hours prior. Per their receipt the order was from 3pm and showed up at our home at 6pm. Absolutely digusting.

  Every time I eat here I feel like crap for 2-3 days after. GI distress galore. I only ever get wings and fries, nothing else. I don't know if their fryer oil is old, wings are old, sauce is old, or what but I can no longer eat here. Not sure what happened to BWW, but they have gone down hill fast.

  When we arrived, we were the only customers. Our server was very attentive and was quick to take our order. And then we waited. And waited... Finally, I stopped our server and asked about our order after seeing another table that came in after us get their food. She said she would check. Our food was delivered almost instantly. And it was luke warm. And my wedges weren't included in the delivery. We sat and discussed what path we wanted to take (complain or suck it up). We don't normally complain, and we were hungry, so we didn't say anything immediately. We didn't want to have to wait for our order to be remade at that point. When our server checked on us, she asked how things were. We were honest and she sent the manager to talk to us. He practically chastised my husband for not saying anything sooner and that if we had he would have taken care of it personally. While waiting on our ticket I witnessed the manager apologizing at two other tables. This meal definitely wasn't worth almost $100.
