Forget going to the deli.. they stand around and talk and when you want to place an order they act like your bothering them. The cashier's are rude. I will never go back to this location again. When my wife politely addressed the issue, the employee became defensive and tried to shift blame instead of fixing the mistake. The situation escalated unnecessarily. A manager became involved and appeared more concerned with whether a video was deleted than with resolving the issue or ensuring respectful customer service. I later called to speak with another manager, but the response was indifferent and dismissive. Customer service should be about accountability and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not demonstrated here. We expect better treatment and basic respect from a business like Starbucks.
