- PLPamela Lambert1 day ago1.0Placed an order in the Seekonk drive thru - which they did not get right. Two burgers with lots and lots of pickles (don’t judge). Got home and opened the bag 1/2 later - not a single pickle to be seen… on either burger. So we called. The manager (Hubert or Herbert) told us the AI order taker did not have it correct. He had the audacity to suggest that 𝒘𝒆 should have checked the screen. (Should we just do their jobs?) Then he asked what we would like him to do. (Say what?) When I replied that it was up to him to decide the level of customer service we were due, he had no answers. So I suggested he ask for our address and send the missing items… or offer a freebie for the next time we came in. He said - and I quote, “not for two $7 sandwiches.” Fast food is bad for you, but this place takes it to a whole new level. They specialize in inaccurate order taking, avoiding responsibility, rude managers 𝒂𝒏𝒅 bad fast food.
