    Waited 20 minutes over when the mobile pickup order was to be completed and the food was terrible. I placed the order at 5:30pm to be ready for 5:45pm and left the restaurant at 6:05pm. Never again. I had to throw most of it out. This was three tacos, a chalupa, and a quesadilla -- not a massive 30+ item order. I was very patient up until the point someone who ordered 10 minutes (in store) after I arrived got their food before me. When I complained, I wasn't even the next order to be made. I wanted to be refunded so I could leave but was told I can't get a refund and need to go through customer service for it. I will never again use the app and I am nearly certain this is my last Taco Bell experience.

    The drive thru line was long, the person taking the orders was like anything else over and over again like can I or we place your order right and make sure what we want and not be rushed. When we got home to eat the food, one sandwich was wrong and the tacos there was a piece of hair disgusting Never ever coming to this location again

    Thank you Seekonk Taco Bell it’s hit every time. Late night workers especially - yall are holding society together by a thread and a grilled tortilla

    I was very disappointed that I could not see a menu board in order to see all offerings and their associated prices in order to make an informed choice. There was no human interaction, just kiosks for you to place your order. I will most likely not return here.
