I requested a partial refund for what I didn’t get and was advised they can’t do partial refunds and would have to refund full order but never received refund! Very dissatisfied, am filing a complaint. Additional notes: submitted complaint, heard from Charles Smith franchisee who refunded $5. Apparently them not being able to refund partial orders is baloney! Was misinformed by James who did not follow thru with what they promised!
