Our server Nate or Nick (bartender) was maybe the best waiter/server we have had in years. Checked in many times, kept the food coming, communicated perfectly when delays were happening. My wife and I spent an hour and a half and were amazed. This guy is GM material. My steak was perfection. Also the bloomin onion is the best app on earth.

Over cooked steak over cooked baked potato. The meal was very disappointing. The waitress was exceptionally on point. I ordered a medium rare rib eye it was medium/ slightly pink. The baked potato i needed a knife to cut the skin. Total disappointment in the meal. The blooming onion was slightly raw.

Waitress said the 20oz bone-in rib-eye steak was 1 inch tick. The steak was less than half inch tick. I asked I asked "medium" temperature, it came up burned on top (all black). I decided to forgive the burned top and decided to continue eating until I started eating undercooked meat, uneatable. Talked to the manager who said that the burned top is normal because sometimes the spices burn on the grill while cooking it, but then I showed him the was well undercooked, he accepted the mistake and brought me a new rib-eye properly cooked. The manager must not argue with a customer saying that a burnt steak is normal, and steak must not be raw. Anyways I giving two stars instead of one because the second steak they gave me was perfect. My wife's steak was also undercooked even though it was not burned on top, they gave us fresh properly cooked and tasteful steaks on their second attempt. But we already had a bad experience and the whole evening was ruined because of the bad feeling of needing to complain, or feeling of being unpolite with the manager or the cooks, even though we expressed our complain in the best polite manner possible, and our intention was good, to help this place fix their mistakes so this does not happen to other customers or this place is going to go broke soon if they don't fix their cooking issues. Lot of people is warning them here with one or two stars, pay attention Outback managers, please!
