Food looked okay atmosphere was pretty good except for the fact that I don't know if it's the manager. But there was a young girl or what look like a young girl very short not very courteous not very professional. Tired of going into McDonald's and finding out the soda coming out of the fountain machine is flat yeah it's got a very little bit of carbonation if you sit there and drink it right away but after 2 minutes it's going to be flat flat. And then the person that I think is the manager cuz the gentleman at the counter went up to her to ask her about the sodas I asked to trade my two sodas in for a fry a small fry. I don't even think she was listening to him she told him she couldn't do that I would have just taken a refund. A small fry for two sodas. Two sodas come out to be more than a small fry. McDonald's really needs to get on top of their soda and making sure it's not flat if they're going to be raising their prices the way they are. The reason for the ratings it's because I rate everything based mainly on the courtesy and respect of the employees, and the soda. The young guy behind the counter was great, but that one manager or whatever she is she does not need her position if she's not going to fulfill it the right way also her dirty look when she was approached about the situation. And she knew it was me because she saw me with the two empty cups. I wonder if this is the same woman everybody's complaining about Went and changed my stars review and post because I tasted my food and it was nasty. The french fries were gritty. And it also took more than 30 minutes to get my $6 McDouble meal. Very sad. Extremely sad.

Staff and facility were nice, but the false advertising for a sausage mcmuffin where you think your getting egg on both sandwiches for the buy one reg price and another for a dollar is untrue. They remove the egg on both sandwiches so your just getting a muffin with a piece of sausage and slice of cheese. It isn't a deal, they are just putting less in your sandwiches. It is like a car dealer saying he will give u a deal on an expensive car, and when you pay less for it you notice it has no engine in it now.

I work in customer service. Every single time I come to this mcdonald’s the person over the headset has an attitude and the person at the window isn’t always happy either. Tonight really put me over.. don’t work these jobs if you’re going to take your anger and frustration out on customers who’s just trying to get something to eat. I am constantly threatened and belittled by the older people that come into my work establishment and never once have a gave the same energy back or gave them an attitude off jump. you really need better night workers who aren’t miserable and/or just flat out rude. Most of the teenagers are more respectful than these grown people. Might need to take notes from the young.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the experience I had yesterday, Saturday November 29, 2025 at the McDonald’s in Seekonk, MA. My family and I live only five minutes from this location and have been loyal customers for years—often visiting almost daily. Unfortunately, yesterday’s incident has completely changed the way I view this establishment. While in the drive-through with my 3-year-old daughter ordering her usual Happy Meal, I had a deeply upsetting interaction with the hiring manager, Christina Baker. For context, my 16-year-old son recently applied for a part-time position here. The scheduling system set his interview for Wednesday at 6:15 PM. He arrived on time, only to be told they were “too busy” and asked to come back Friday at 10 AM instead. He did exactly that and completed a brief five-minute interview before being sent on his way. Back to my drive-through visit: one of the crew members we see often mentioned he hadn’t been around due to a stomach bug. I told him I was sorry to hear that and casually mentioned that my son had applied for a job there. He offered to grab the hiring manager, and I politely declined, explaining that my son had just interviewed the day before and we were simply waiting for feedback. Despite that, Christina Baker came outside abruptly and immediately began yelling at me, saying they were extremely busy and that “this is not a good look” for me to be asking for an update in the drive-through line. This was completely uncalled for—especially since I was not holding up the line at all; I had already paid and was simply waiting for the cars ahead of me to move. Her tone was rude, aggressive, and entirely unprofessional. Based on her behavior alone, I have decided to withdraw my son’s application. I refuse to allow my 16-year-old to work in an environment managed by someone who treats customers with such hostility and disrespect. Her conduct reflects poorly not only on her but on the entire management team at this location. Additionally, I strongly urge other parents to think twice before allowing their teenagers to work at this particular McDonald’s. If this is how the hiring manager speaks to long-time customers—with no reason, no respect, and no professionalism—I can only imagine how she treats young employees. This experience was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. McDonald’s should hold its managers to a much higher standard than this, especially at a location that serves so many local families daily.
