  The coffee on yhe left is a brown sugar shaken espresso W/an extra shot. The one on rt is what uou gave me,rang up wrong—and then had the manager tell me it was the right coffee and if I wanted to change it, I had to come in— That was after waiting 10 minutes for it to get fixed and it never did. What a joke.

  We waited inside for 10 minutes while no one came over at all to take our order or even to say that it would be a minute. We then decided to try the drive through and ordered a hot chocolate Box O’ Joe and were told we would need to come wait inside for it because it would take a while. We then went inside again and sat for 10 minutes, watching 1 employee manning the window and the other employee walking around on the phone the entire time. We finally got our order and will never go back to that Dunkin.

  I wrote before about the manager glad to see her gone.I started coming Friday nights & a young lady with a young man he said his name was ( Jason) in a pony tail made the place lively.They were laughing it was nice to see employees.relaxed. I had the young lady (Emily) she said her name was .Very polite soft spoken .My sandwich was great along with my ice coffee She knows exactly how I like it when I come in. Great job to you both for making it comfortable again.

  Not sure who was working here as of names but around 10 AM on Wednesday November 5th, the staff was so rude and disrespectful. Ordered the special drink and the guy at the register rolled his eyes at me and complained to his coworkers about how annoying it is for everyone to get that special drink. It was really rude. I also got hash browns and they were frozen still. Absolutely disgusting. They didn’t even put my toppings on the drink. I even saw someone hit a vape in the back on the clock. Absolutely disgusting and won’t be coming back to this location. This location has always been bad in terms of service and cleanliness.

  Went today and waited at the speaker no response. Drove around to the window and there was 2 cars in front of us. Our turn and we get to the window and the girl says I know you sat there a while but I had something to do, can you drive back around we are timed. Lmao NO. The woman in front of us drove around and was just still sitting at the speaker. It is just as easy to drive to the next corner and give the next Dunkin our business. Why do you think our time isn’t important. You need to learn better business practices, how you are still in business is beyond us.
