I had the young lady (Emily) she said her name was .Very polite soft spoken .My sandwich was great along with my ice coffee She knows exactly how I like it when I come in. Great job to you both for making it comfortable again.

Ordered the special drink and the guy at the register rolled his eyes at me and complained to his coworkers about how annoying it is for everyone to get that special drink. It was really rude. I also got hash browns and they were frozen still. Absolutely disgusting. They didn’t even put my toppings on the drink. I even saw someone hit a vape in the back on the clock. Absolutely disgusting and won’t be coming back to this location. This location has always been bad in terms of service and cleanliness.

Our turn and we get to the window and the girl says I know you sat there a while but I had something to do, can you drive back around we are timed. Lmao NO. The woman in front of us drove around and was just still sitting at the speaker. It is just as easy to drive to the next corner and give the next Dunkin our business. Why do you think our time isn’t important. You need to learn better business practices, how you are still in business is beyond us.

The staff are always outside smoking as well and will make you wait at the speaker. You’re better off saving your money and going somewhere else.
