Ordered wings came out cold hostess was super apologetic said give me 10 min I'll make sure there nice and hot. 3min later manager comes out with more cold wings doesn't say a word. Hostess comes over and asks how are the wings and I say look there still cold she once again apologized and talked to manager. He never came over and extremely cocky! Cooperate needs to shut this place down. During football on a sunday at 1 its 20 percent full.

A few times they haven't had the bottle of sauce Flav I ordered, but they always hook me up with a nice gift card to make up for the inconvenience. Also, I was near Swansea today and placed an order online, I did it too fast and didn't realize I placed the order for Dartmouth. The Dartmouth manager was going above and beyond giving me a refund for something that was my fault and the food was already prepared. The service in Dartmouth is outstanding. 🙌👏🏆
