Often there’s one cook while who appears to be the manager is in and out. Not sure what she’s doing maybe delivering, also hear the waitress constantly apologizing for what appears to be extremely late deliveries. This seems to be unfair to that the one cook who is responsible for all food tickets, and the guests that wait.
