  Me and my roommate came in late on a Wednesday night and Gianna treated us so well with laughs and great service despite the ridiculous amount of people that come in just before close

  This place its POS I had to wait almost 35 min for take out order i ask the staff and no one knows anything, here it's the kicker the place was not busy they had 7 tables at the moment the i was there!!!!!

  this place sucks. constantly having to wait a really long time for food that’s been sitting for forever as well. i stood here for an hour before waiting for my food once. not one person, greeted me nor asked if i needed any help or if i was waiting on something. even with sitting down and dining in, 9 times out of 10, your waiter is barely gonna come to your table and your foods not even gonna come out good either. this is the only location i’ve EVER had a problem with. i can’t count on my 2 hands with how much times they’ve messed up or didn’t do their job correctly here. i can say that i do know one of the waitresses here named shiyenne and she’s definitely really sweet and always makes sure your food is good. her customer service is 10/10. i’ve never had a problem with anything everytime i come in when she’s working.

  Tonight was a horror story...waited twenty minutes after getting drinks to find out that she can't put any food orders for a half hour.....after waiting longer than that then getting out wings hard and cold!! Not the bartenders fault but we won't be going back!! We've had terrible service in the past so we were holding out going there again and now this!!! Poor management!! Besides the restaurant was not even fun and at the door I heard there was an hour wait....I understand they just changed management so hourly for their sake it changes!!

  I shouldn’t even be giving 2 stars. I door dashed food from here. The fries were hard. The burger was over cooked. I got a the skillet cookie. There was a long black hair in my ice cream 😐 super disappointed for this being my first time. You need to have your employees have hair up and out of food. I’m disgusted
