When I went in to ask for them to put cream cheese the cashier made me get the packet of cream cheese from my car and return it in order to put new cream cheese on my bagel. My coffee order was wrong and the bagel was stale.

I ordered something else, the audacity to also mess up others’ orders and be rude is just wow. I hope her day went better. Apparently it’s an app exclusive drink but it is also in the mixology tab so Dunkin do better :)
