  The shift manager Daniella did a horrible job today after being rude and inattentive to my daughter’s food allergy. She ordered her sandwich without cilantro and corn and, when we got home, we saw that the sandwich had those ingredients. I called and was told I would get a refund and another sandwich. When I drove back there, I was told I could only choose one option after wasting an hour of my day dealing with this place. Daniella called me rude, even though the initial sandwich could’ve caused my daughter’s throat to close. Horrible customer service, she refused to give me both a refund and fixed sandwich and acted as if I did a disservice to her.

  How did I just pay $13 for a full tuna sandwich that had not even a schemer of Tuna on it. I called to talk to the manager which I got hung up on and had to call back and I was told that it’s one scoop on each side. Then I was told to bring it back for a refund or a new sandwich. Why would I ever drive all the way back for the same service and I’m hungry?!?!?! I paid $28 for two sandwiches, SERIOUSLY and this is what I got!!!!!!! Sad. I’ve gotten this sandwich before and it was never like this. Very disappointed and never going back!!!!!

  Sign said "pick 2" for $4.99 each. Ordered to 1/2 sandwiches and was charged $8.59 for each. Was told you couldn't order 2 the same thing. Ordered the Toasted Italiano and really should have read the ingredients more carefully. If I wanted a sliced cold cut sandwich I would have gone to a sub shop for a lot cheaper and tastier sandwich. Won't be going there again.
