When my husband arrived he said the line was out the door and that the place was so packed you couldnt even walk in there. Our order was nowhere near ready. My husband waited an hour in a half before our order was ready, missing the first quarter of the super bowl. Not to mention, we were hosting. Overall a horrible experience. Why take orders if you cant keep up. I knew it was too good to be true. This is unacceptable.

I just know that I ordered at 6:12 PM today and it is 9:22 PM and I’ve tried to call them to cancel the order at this point and the phone sent you to a service that none of the options work nobody’s picking up and it’s already gone through. I guess if you get delivery through them cause I went to their website they Outsource to DoorDash and I have screenshots of about six different drivers that waited there for about 10 minutes and then left at this point. I don’t think I’ll ever go to Wingstop again. Going tomorrow to try to get my refund because I want my whole refund because I never got my food and I have screenshots upon screenshots of just how shitty the service was and screenshots of me trying to call as well. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Unless you can actually drive there and sit and wait I wouldn’t recommend it. Update will follow on how they handle the situation when I drive there tomorrow because nobody would answer the phone tonight
