    The only good thing about this store is the knowledge if i ever sustain a major head injury and can't do my job at least I could still get hired to manage this place. News reports show bad weather coming for the past two days. I only had to pick up a few things. 7am place is packed. Self check out is closed and there is only one check out open with two ladies doing the best they can. Probably no joke 40 people in line. No manager present to open the self checkout. People with perishable items are getting so frustrated they are abandoning their carts and just walking out the door causing the store to lose money in spoiled product and lost customers. The two employees were great but management should be lined up against a wall and shot for their gross incompetence.

    When you buy a seemingly “ok” head of iceberg lettuce only to get home and realize it’s rotten to the core. This happens with S&S produce 90% of the time. And I’m sick to death of it. I am disabled. It’s not easy for me to go out. They hire shitty rude employees and do NOTHING when you bring it to their attention. Last time I did the manager offered me a $25 gift card and did nothing to the employee. Stop & Shop Saugus SUCKS!!!
