- CPCarolyn PalmisanoFeb 5, 20261.0I literally pay for a bagel and asked them to put veggie cream cheese on the side. First of all they put the veggie cream cheese on the bagel. That’s fine but There’s barely any cream cheese on the bagel so I asked the women up front can I have an extra cream cheese on the side cause you barely put it on the bagel. No, you have to pay for it. Okay that’s also fine but do you see how much cream cheese they put on the bagel and didn’t even give me a knife to spread it out! Absurd. And the manager dint even offer to fix it. I have never had any problems with this dunks now all of a sudden I do.
- TRTrek RJan 4, 20262.0Morning management needs better training but the rest of the staff are great...when I put in a mobile order around 6:03am sunday they apparently didn't get the order and despite showing the receipt for the right location and the order they instead wanted me to dispute it with customer service instead of fulfilling my order making me purchase it again which doesn't make sense

We all have patience and can understand up to a certain point, but when I have to repeat my order more than twice than there’s a possible issue, that maybe, the person at the window should get more experience in understanding English. Moral of the story, I repeated myself more than once and my order still came out wrong. They ADDED something into my coffee that I never asked for. Waste of money and time. I was in line for over 18 minutes as well.
