Got to the window and the person repeated the order but didn't mention the caramel. I mentioned caramel twice but got no confirmation. Got rhe food and the drink had a label that said 3 instead of 2 caramel but I accepted it and drove away to work. No caramel taste...must not have stirred the 3 caramel....most of the way through the bitter tasting beverage i realized that there were 0 caramels. I just paid $6 for that bad beverage experience.
